Crew: Typically led by a Lieutenant, these are squads of 4 to 6 pilots. Larger crews are "fat" crews; crews smaller than 4 pilots are "thin" crews.
Company: Two to five crews equal a Company. A Captain can lead a Company.
Warband: Two to four companies form a Warband. A Major can command a Warband.
Battalion: Two to three warbands form a Battalion. A Colonel can lead a Battalion.
Division: The Red Armageddon is divided into three divisions based on weapon types: HERC Division for HERCs, Air Division for flyers and Assault Division for tanks / hovercraft. Each Division is commanded by a General.
